A Bellefonte man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself inside the bathroom of Planet Fitness at the Nittany Mall in State College this past weekend. Centre County authorities have identified him as 61 year old Thomas Chilcoat. Police say Chilcoat exposed his genitals to a man thru a crack in a bathroom stall. There are reports he also entered and exited the bathroom several times without wearing pants. Reportedly when officers questioned Chilcoat, they found him to be in possession of meth. Chilcoat is facing charges that include indecent exposure and open lewdness. He was released on unsecured bail.
