The Blair County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a logging accident that occurred yesterday. He’s 64 year old Franklin Fink who died from blunt force trauma to his chest and abdomen after a large tree branch fell on him. The accident occurred on Riggles Gap Road yesterday morning. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
