An investigation is underway regarding a fatal traffic accident that occurred yesterday afternoon around noon on Birmingham Pike, near the intersection of Pennington Road, in Snyder Township. The deceased has been identified as 30 year old Justin M. Kelly who reportedly died from wounds suffered in the accident. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the multi-vehicle accident.
