A Clearfield County parolee is facing child porn charges after images were allegedly found on a prohibited cellphone. Authorities say the images were discovered last September on the cellphone of 64 year old Thomas Mahaffey. Authorities say Mahaffey was at a transitional housing center for parolees at the time and was not permitted to have a phone. Mahaffey was charged with 61 felony counts of child pornography and is currently in the State Correctional Institute in Fayette.
