An Altoona man was arraigned Saturday night after an 8 hour standoff on Rosehill Drive. 28 year old Tershar Lamonte Miller is currently in the Blair County Prison, facing several felony counts, including aggravated assault and terroristic threats after he threatened local law enforcement to a shoot-out claiming he wanted to die. Police, reportedly were called to the 1000 block of Rosehill Drive early Saturday morning because of a suicidal man who allegedly attempted to set a house on fire using a makeshift Molotov cocktail. Miller also is alleged to have pointed a gun at police. The Pennsylvania State Police Emergency Response Team was called to the home and Miller eventually surrendered. Bail for Miller has been set at $250,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 14th.
