A 30 year old Altoona man has been arrested after he allegedly shot a woman in her toe, during a domestic argument. Jordon Havlin was taken into custody yesterday and was found to be in possession of various drugs and narcotics including meth. When police conducted a search of a home, located along Logan Avenue in Altoona, they reportedly also found a cache of weapons along with “explosive-making” materials. Havlin was arraigned yesterday on charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. He is currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
