A 28 year old Morrisdale man pled guilty yesterday in Clearfield County Court, to aggravated assault, fleeing police, theft and other charges. Last summer, 28 year old Brandon Hummel stole a utility vehicle, a motorcycle and a recreational vehicle as well as using a canceled credit card charging more than $11,000. Last August, Hummel led police on several high speed chases before they were able to apprehend him. Hummel was sentenced 5-20 years in state prison and ordered to pay restitution of nearly $50,000.
