Three individuals are being accused of posing as sub-contractors for a fiber infrastructure contractor, and scamming a Somerset business. Arrested were 54 year old Douglas Sharp of Allegheny County, along with 33 year old Kenneth Tkach, and 47 year old Lisa Dicesare, both from Charleston, WV. The three are charged with scamming a company of over $18,000. Reportedly authorities were contacted by Fiber Networks Services located in Somerset County, reporting that the three were acting as fake contractors for a company called Keystone Safety and Cable. Tkach and Dicesare are facing felony charges of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities and theft. Sharp is is facing those same charges along with forgery. The three are out on unsecured bail. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled got May 7th.
