A Clearfield County man pled guilty in federal court on Wednesday of possessing and producing child pornography. 30 year old Joe Osewalt of West Decatur pled guilty to two counts of the indictment. According to a press release from the Department of Justice, in April of 2020, Osewalt not only produced images of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct, but possessed them as well. Osewalt will be sentenced on July 31st.
