Some GOP state House members are presenting a package of bills designed to encourage start-up businesses in Pennsylvania. The eight legislative proposals include startup-friendly tax reforms and funding increases for Ben Franklin Technology Partners and other state-backed venture groups. The effort comes as Governor Josh Shapiro is making a similar push to support state business innovation and entrepreneurs.
