A new coalition is pushing to legalize what they call responsible recreational use of marijuana in Pennsylvania. Founders of Responsible PA say they favor regulated adult-use of cannabis and that two-thirds of residents support that. The coalition says it will work to make sure licensed, regulated sales happen on the first day that such a law would become effective. The group is trying to get officials to act on the issue this year.
