An Altoona man is facing charges after state police received a report that he bit a child in the face during a church service in February. 29 year old Johnnie Harbold allegedly bit the 8 year old girl in the check for “acting up” during a church service. Police noted there were teeth marks on the girl’s cheek. Harbold is facing charges of simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. His preliminary hearing is slated for April 25th.
