A man is facing charges after leading police on a chase in Indiana County. State police say the chase started when officers spotted a vehicle speeding on Philadelphia Street in Indiana Borough. The driver, 34-year-old Brandon Rosenberger, eventually stopped the vehicle on Church Street, but then ran from the scene. After being taken into custody, police say they learned that Rosenberger was high on meth and had not slept for five days. He faces several charges, including driving under the influence and fleeing and evading arrest.
