A Centre County sex offender is back behind bars today after investigators discovered images of child porn on his phone. Authorities with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General say the investigation began last October after they received a report of suspected child porn being uploaded thru a social media app. Investigators say the account belonged to 39 year old Eric Mann of Howard. Mann reportedly had a prior conviction, and is a registered sex offender. Mann was reportedly arraigned yesterday on numerous counts of felony child pornography, and one count of criminal use of a communication device. He is currently in the Centre County Prison. Bail has been denied.
