A man who described himself as a “self-proclaimed pervert” pled guilty in Clearfield County Court yesterday to assaulting a 3-year-old girl. 55 year old William O’Dell, formerly from Ferguson Township, reportedly assaulted the child more than once at a home on Tyrone Pike in Clearfield County. Yesterday, O’Dell pled guilty to all of his charges including felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors. O’Dell was sentenced to serve a total of 9.5 to 21 years in the state prison.
