Starting today, April 1st, motorists traveling along Route 3016 (Scalp Avenue) near the Geistown Roundabaout from Lualy to Demuth Streets should expect minor delays as PennDOT begins a project in several vegetated areas along the roadway. The work will provide stabilization of vegetated areas within and around the Geistown Roundabout and surrounding areas. The project is weather dependent and is expected to last about three weeks. PennDOT encourages drivers to stay alert, drive slowly and obey all traffic signs, and flaggers while in the work zone.
