A 21 year old Claysburg woman is once again facing charges after seven puppies were found without food or water at a residence in Kimmel Township, Bedford County. State Police in Bedford say the puppies were found last month in a garage on a property located along Pierce Lane. Officials say charges are pending against Katlyn Weyant. Two years ago Weyant was charged with animal cruelty after multiple horses were found neglected on her property.
