A 33-year-old Clearfield County man is in jail today after he was accused of having sex with an underage girl. Nirav Patel of Muncy, allegedly had sex with the 13-year-old in a van in Cooper Township. Reportedly, Patel provided the teen with E-cigarettes in exchange for sex. He is also alleged to have provided alcohol to the girl and another teen, before a second assault. Patel has been charged with felonies for statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and aggravated indecent assault. He is currently in the Clearfield County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
