U.S. Marshals in Louisiana arrested a 37-year-old Altoona man last week, who was wanted for sex crimes against a child. Arrested was Albert “AJ” Kuklo the third, who was discovered in New Orleans last Thursday. In 2022, Altoona Police began an investigation involving Kuklo, and a reported sexual assault involving a 13-year-old girl. Authorities later learned that Kuklo admitted to others, that he had had sex with the teen. Kuklo is awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania, and is facing 21 counts of child rape, and numerous other counts.
