A Johnstown man is behind bars following an investigation into allegations he had a young relative perform sex acts, using adult sex products. Authorities say last August, the victim told them that 33 year old Scott Wagner had been sexually assaulting her. Wagner was arraigned yesterday on charges of child rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and numerous other offenses. Wagner is currently in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
