Following pro-Palestine protests in downtown State College, safety measures will be heightened for Penn State’s Commencement this weekend. Penn State’s main campus will host a number of commencements, with over 14 thousand students to receive diplomas today, thru Sunday. There are concerns of additional pro-Palestine protests this weekend and because of that Penn State is working with law enforcement and other partners to put protocols in place during the commencement activities. In the meantime, drivers in State College can expect heavy traffic and parking changes this weekend.
