A Delaware County man is facing charges for an incident that occurred in State College in 2022. Christopher Morris Jr., is facing several misdemeanors after secretly recording a woman using a bathroom. The woman discovered a cell phone in a trash can and when she removed it, she found it was recording her. She continued to search the phone and discovered numerous images of herself and her friends using the bathroom. Morris reportedly admitted to taking the video. He faces a preliminary hearing on June 5th.
