The Blair County War Veterans Council’s Annual Memorial Day Parade will be Monday morning, May 27th.  Lineup is 10am by Stevens Funeral Home.  The parade moves out at 10:30., and will travel over the 17th Street Veterans Bridge and through downtown Altoona.  There’ll be a ceremony afterward at Robert E.
