Pennsylvania State Police say a driver of a box truck fell asleep at the wheel when he struck and killed three construction workers in York County.  The incident happened last month on Interstate 83 in Fairview Township when the driver of a box truck fell asleep, which sent the truck onto the shoulder where it struck three construction workers.  The York County Coroner’s Office earlier identified the three workers killed as 42-year-old Robert Hampe of Meyersdale, 24-year-old Philson Hinebaugh the Third of Johnstown, and 24-year-old Jesse McKenzie of Somerset.  There has been no word on any charges filed against the driver.
