An Elmora man is facing sexual assault charges for allegedly sexually abusing a young girl over a number of years. Cambria County authorities have identified him as 36 year old Robert Hook Jr, who reportedly assaulted the child when she was 11 or 12 years old. The victim told police the abuse occurred on a weekly basis. Hook is currently in the Cambria County Prison on $500,000 bond.
