A Somerset County man who was facing 12 years behind bars in Turks and Caicos is back home. Bryan Hagerich was arrested for having ammunition in his baggage earlier this year while trying to return to Pennsylvania with his family. Friday, a judge on the islands handed him a suspended sentence of 52 weeks and a 67-hundred-dollar fine. Hagerich was arrested in February and pleaded guilty to having 20 rounds of ammo. There are still four other Americans being detained on the islands for taking ammunition into the country. Hagerich returned to his Somerset County home, to his wife and two children, on Friday night.
