A $3 million dollar scratch-off ticket was recently sold in Blair County. Pennsylvania Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold at the Bellwood Hometown market. According to a press release, the ticket was a $160 Million Cash Blowout scratch-off. Officials add that the market will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
