A Centre County man is behind bars today after being accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a young girl over a five year period. Arrested was 35 year old Vladimir Slavskiy of Spring Mills, who allegedly began abusing the girl when she was around 7 or 8 and the abuse continued until she was approximately 13. Slavskiy was arraigned yesterday on nearly two dozen counts of child rape, among other related offenses. He is currently in the Centre County Prison. Bail has been denied.
