Charges of criminal homicide have been filed against a man accused of using a crossbow to kill his half-brother in Somerset County. Officers with the Pennsylvania State Police responded to a Somerset Township home on Friday where they found victim Eric Miller dead. Suspect Travis Shearer was later taken into custody and he is now being held without bail in the Somerset County Jail.
