A 47 year old Johnstown man is facing charges of killing his brother with a crossbow on Sunday night. Reportedly Phillip Bermudez shot and killed Alfredo Cabrera at their Bedford Street home. Witness reports say that two men were arguing before Bermudez shot Cabrera with a handheld crossbow on the porch of the home. Bermudez fled the scene in his vehicle which was later found along Beatrice Avenue in Johnstown. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
