Lawmakers at the Capitol in Harrisburg are getting ready to try again on legal marijuana. The Pennsylvania House will likely be the first to vote on a new plan to allow some people to smoke pot, legally in the state. Democratic state rep. Emily Kinkead says Pennsylvania is late to the game. She’s selling legal pot as a way to raise a half-billion-dollars a-year in taxes, and as a way to squash the illegal marijuana market. It remains to be seen how Republicans will vote on the plan.
