Those who live here may love Pennsylvania, but U.S. News and World Report isn’t nearly as fond of the Keystone State.  This according to the newsmagazine’s latest annual ranking of all 50 states based on criteria ranging from education to infrastructure, crime and corrections, economy and fiscal stability, and more.  This year, Pennsylvania shows up at number 40 on this list.  At the top of the charts, Utah and New Hampshire racked up high marks at number one and two, respectively.  At the opposite end of the rankings, New Mexico comes in at 49th, followed by Louisiana at 50th.
