The 5th Annual Katy’s Karnival / Christmas in July, sponsored by the Excelsior Fire Company is Friday 5 to 8pm  and Saturday 10am to 7pm, July 5th and 6th at the Fire Company grounds, 399 South 1st Street, Bellwood.   There’ll be interactive games for kids, a bouncy house, crafters and food trucks. This year’s proceeds will go toward new Christmas lights for Bellwood
