It looks like it’s going to be an expansive election season in Pennsylvania. The Political Projections Report said this week that it expects Pennsylvania’s political ad spending for the 2024 presidential election to hit 360 million-dollars. That would be the highest in the nation. In all, including the state’s U.S. Senate race, total political ad spending is projected to be 800 million-dollars. That would be the third-highest in the nation. The report says there is 20 percent more political ad spending than there was at this point in the 2020 presidential election.
