The identity of the young pilot whose plane crashed near Lock Haven last week, has been released. The Clinton County Coroner’s office identified the 17 year old, as Maisie Bitler of Williamsport. Investigators say the Cessna 172 she was operating crashed on July 4th as it was flying from Williamsport to Lock Haven. The crash has been ruled accidental, although its cause has yet to be determined.
