The Pennsylvania House is passing a bill which bans devices that flip license plates on cars. The devices allow for a driver to flip over their license plate so that the plate number cannot be seen. Drivers typically use the devices so they can avoid tolls, commit crimes, or drive recklessly. The bill will now head to the state Senate for consideration.
