ArtsAltoona’s Free Summer Arts Program, for youth going into 3rd through 6th grades is every Tuesday through August 20th, 4:30 to 5:30.  It’s at the ArtsAltoona Center, 2212 Sixth Avenue in Altoona.  For more information, email info@artsaltoona.org
