It’s National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, and Pennsylvania’s Ice Cream Trail is celebrating. The Trail is a partnership between the state’s Department of Agriculture, the Center for Dairy Excellence, and the Department of Community and Economic Development and Tourism. National Ice Cream Day has been a thing for over 40 years now, and many ice cream shops will be offering more than just free samples this year.
