A Maryland man was arrested Saturday afternoon after a woman called state police in Bedford after he crawled into her car wearing only boxer shorts. 30 year old Andrew McDonald of Cumberland was taken into custody after state police received a number of calls throughout the day all involving a man wearing boxers who was creating mayhem for various residents in Bedford County. McDonald is facing charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, aggravated assault, indecent assault and other related counts. He was placed in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of $300,000 bail.
