Two former Penn State students are pleading guilty to charges stemming from a hazing incident that led to another student’s death. Authorities said Brendan Young and Daniel Casey were in leadership roles at their fraternity when Timothy Piazza died in 2017. Piazza drank a large amount of alcohol during the event and died after falling multiple times. Young and Casey plead guilty to 14 counts of hazing and one count of reckless endangerment. The two are scheduled to be sentenced on October 1st.
