A Bedford County woman is facing arson charges after she allegedly set a number of fires in her home yesterday afternoon. Arrested was 62-year-old Vickey Ritchey-Stanley, who reportedly set multiple fires inside her East St Claire Township home. There are reports she used cooking oil and toilet paper to set fire in a garbage can, laundry baskets, a bed, and other areas. She is facing several felony charges including arson, and causing a catastrophe. She is currently in the Bedford County Prison where bond has been set at $300,000. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 14th.
