Penn State’s Ag Progress Day begins tomorrow at 9 a.m. and will run thru Thursday at 4 p.m. As many as 50,000 people from all over the Commonwealth will gather at the Russell E. Larsen Agriculture Research Center at Rock Springs, near State College. On hand will be federal and state officials, Penn State faculty experts, Penn State Extension educators, and others. Ag Progress Days will feature as many as 500 commercial and educational exhibits, workshops, machinery demonstrations, horse exhibitions and youth activities. The event is sponsored by Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences.
