Altoona and Logan Township were involved in an incident on 3rd Avenue in Altoona last night. During that time a portion of 3rd Avenue was blocked off. Using a loudspeaker, police tried to lure out an occupant at a home located at 1302 3rd Avenue. A large police force was witnessed at the scene, and many officers reportedly had their guns drawn. No further details are known at this time.
