Happy Valley is about to get a little happier. Meadows is to open their first ever location in Centre County. According to a new Facebook page, Meadows will open their new custard shop along the Benner Pike in Bellefonte near Troy’s Philadelphia Style Hoagies. This will be the 28th location for the chain. Reportedly, the custard shop will open in late October or early November.
