A 19 year old Somerset County man is behind bars after he and his neighbor got into a fight, in which the teen reportedly bit off part of his neighbor’s ear. State Police arrested Harry Rugg II of Confluence. Authorities say Rugg attacked his neighbor on Sunday evening after he disagreed with the neighbor allegedly being involved in a sexual relationship with one of Rugg’s relatives. Investigators say the victim saw Rugg standing on the roof of his Corvette and caused extensive damage to it. Rugg is also alleged to have threatened to kill his neighbor. The teen is accused of aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. He is currently in the Somerset County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
