A jury was seated yesterday in Blair County Court to hear charges against a Philadelphia man who escaped from the county prison last year and stole a truck. 34 year old Isaiah Tilghman, who is accused of drug trafficking, is scheduled for a five-day jury trial beginning on September 6th. Last May, Altoona Police arrested Tilghman and filed 23 counts of felony and misdemeanor offenses against him, including possession with the intent to deliver. In December, Tilghman escaped the Blair County Prison, but was apprehended in March when he was arrested at a Planet Fitness in Philadelphia.
