A former janitor with the Claysburg-Kimmel School District has pled guilty to six felony counts of child pornography. Yesterday in Blair County Court, 31-year-old Ethan Colpetzer accepted a plea deal that will send him to prison for 6-12 years, followed by three years’ probation. All other charges he was facing were dropped as part of the agreement. Colpetzer had been charged with 75 counts of child pornography, once he had been identified as the “secret admirer” who had been leaving a 5th grade student gifts, and notes. During an investigation into his behavior, authorities discovered dozens of pictures of child porn on his phone.
