A Saxton woman has been arrested following a lengthy investigation into the fatal drug overdose of a man in Wood Township, Huntingdon County. Arrested was 42-year-old Jada Putt who is accused of supplying drugs to the victim prior to his overdose death in February of last year. The man, identified as Ricky Winfield was found unresponsive in his bedroom at his home. During the investigation, police found messages on Facebook between Winfield and Putt that contained phrases associated with drug use and sales. Putt was arraigned yesterday on charges of drug delivery resulting in death and numerous other related counts. She is currently in the Huntingdon County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail.
