Contest Dates: Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to Thursday, October, 31, 2024
Listeners will be encouraged to go to wrta.com, 961hankfm.com, or q94classicrock.com to submit a picture of their favorite fishing catch. Every listener who submits a picture will automatically win a qualifying prize until supplies last. One grand prize winner will be selected at random from all qualifying photo entries.

• The grand prize winner will be selected at random and notified on Thursday, October 31.
• Qualifying prizes and grand prize must be picked up within 30 days of being notified at the Lightner Communications studios/offices.
• There is only 1 total grand prize winner (This is a shared station contest between WRTA, WKMC, and WBXQ)
• Only 1 qualifying winner per household (until supplies last)

• Picture of you and your fish (submission of photo gives Lightner Communications consent to use photo on Lightner Communications websites and social media pages)
• Full Name
• DOB
• Phone Number
• Address
• Description of fish caught
• Email (optional)

Qualifying Prize:
1 qualifying prize winner per household

• Every listener who submits a fishing photo will receive(until supplies last):

• • $20 gift card to Irvin’s on Main (400 Main St, Bellwood, PA 16617)

Grand Prizes and Declared Value:
Grand prize winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entires and receive all of the following:

• $500 prize package with fishing and hunting gear from Long’s Outpost (3936 Cove Mountain Rd, Martinsburg, PA, 16662)
• Stihl battery garden pruner kit from McCoy’s Lawn & Garden (7820 Woodbury Pike, Roaring Spring, PA 16673)
• Weeklong stay for four at Cook Forest along the Clarion River in Jefferson County, PA which includes a canoe rental for 4 people

Lightner Communications in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) is conducting a contest named above. Odds of winning will vary based on Contest(s) participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest participants (“Participant(s) or singularly Participant”) may only play, register, or win one time per week during the Contest. Participant(s) must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Any duplicate registration entries will disqualify ALL entries by that Participant(s). Beginning on the above Effective Date, Lightner Communications Participating Radio Station(s) will be giving away the above-described Prize(s). The Prize(s) is not transferable. If a Winner declines the Prize(s), there will not be any alternate Prize(s) available in substitution and that Prize(s) will not be re-awarded and becomes the property of Lightner Communications. Prize(s) may be time sensitive. Unless otherwise notified by the Participating Radio Station(s), winner(s) must pick up their Prize(s)/vultures thirty (30) days from the Prize(s) award. Proper photo ID will be required to pick up a Prize(s) at the Participating Radio Station(s). Any Contest winner who during the course of a calendar year wins more than $600 in prizes in the aggregate from will receive an IRS Form 1099. Prize(s) may not be exchanged and have no cash value. Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station(s) Operations Director at the Studio Address. All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s) at their sole discretion. Lightner Communications retains the right to cancel this Contest for any reason at any time. Copies of the rules can be obtained on the station(s) websites, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Studio Address. Lightner Communications and its Radio Station(s) do not and shall not discriminate, in any way on the basis of race or gender, respecting their employment or advertising practices.
