Pennsylvania motorists are saving some cash as they hit the road this week. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell Friday in the Keystone State to three-dollars-34 cents. The national average is at three-22 a gallon. Mississippi still has the lowest average price per gallon at two-dollars-70-cents. The highest continues to be in California at four-71 a gallon.
